Abdishev Baurzhan Tuiteevich,
Akim of Karaganda region

Abdishev Baurzhan Tuiteevich was born in 1968 in the settlement of Atasu, Zhanaarka district, Karaganda region.
He has three high educations. He graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, Buketov Karaganda State University and Russia Customs Academy. Has specialties of engineer-mechanic, economist, customs specialist.
He started to work in 1993 in the system of Karaganda public transportation.
From 1995 – worked in the system of Customs Authorities of Kazakhstan.
He was an inspector, head inspector, head of passenger department, head assistant of Customs Department of Kostanay and Karaganda regions.
1999-2002 – worked at senior positions in Customs Committee of State Income Ministry of Kazakhstan, Astana.
2002-2003 – was Head of Customs Department of Pavlodar region.
From 2003 was assistant chairman Customs Control Agency of Kazakhstan and Customs Control Committee of Financial Ministry of Kazakhstan.
From 2008 was director of Social-Economics Programs Monitoring Department, assistant chairman, head assistant chairman, chairman Innovations Committee of Central Machinery of Public Democratic Party “Nur Otan”.
January 2010 – September 2012 – Akim of Karaganda city.
September 2012 – January 2013 – vice-minister of Environmental Protection Ministry of Kazakhstan.
29th January, 2013 – by President’s decree was appointed an Akim of Karaganda region.
Married with two sons.

Muhambetov Gabit Muhambetovich,
First Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region

Was born in 1977.In 1999 had graduated the Kazakh state national university of a name al-Farabi, in 2001 also graduated the Kazakh state law academy. The Doctor of Economics.
He had begun his activity in 1997 as a financial analyst of department of trade and investments of Open Society "Kazkomerzsecurities", Almaty.
Since 1998 he was working at the post of the sales manager of Open Company «Nova - lead», Karaganda.
In 1999 worked as the expert of monitoring department and external relations “Kazakhstan’s centre of standardization, metrology and certification”, Astana.
Since January, 2000 worked as the main expert of technical policy department of standardization and state supervision of Committee on standardization, metrology and certification of the Ministry of the industry and trade of Kazakhstan, Astana.
Since November 2000 had lead the department of legislative and applied metrology Committee on standardization, metrology and certification of the Ministry of the industry and trade, Astana.
Since 2001he was appointed as a chief of a risk control department of the Ministry of Finance of Republic Kazakhstan.
He had been working as the head of department of Committee on standardization, metrology and certification of the Ministry of Economics and trade since 2002.
From 2003 to 2005 was working as a general director «The Kazakhstan institute of metrology», Astana.
Since October 2005 worked as the chairman of Committee on technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of the industry and trade (nowadays called the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of Republic Kazakhstan).
Since January, 21st, 2011 he was appointed as a deputy of akim of the Karaganda region.
He had been awarded by 3 anniversary medals.
Married, has 4 children.

Akhmetzhanov Anuar Muratovich,
Industry and Financial Deputy Akim of Karaganda Region

Born on the 12th of December, 1975.
Two high educations, qualification of foreign affairs economist, master’s degree in international finance and foreign affairs.

2000 – graduated from Jones Hopkins University, Washington, USA (presidential program “Bolashak”)

Was born in 1962. Two high educations. In 1984 had graduated Tselinograd Agricultural Institute, in 2000 also graduated Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications. Has qualification agronomist, engineer-economist.
He had begun his activity in 1979 as operator of the transport department of Kokchetav post office.
1984 - 1985 – assistant in the Department of Tselinograd Agricultural Institute.
1987 - 1989 – agronomist and senior agronomist, then chief Economist of Karabulak sovkhoz, Zerenda district, Kokchetav region.
1989 - 1990 – studied in the graduate school All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Economics, Moskow.
1990 - 1992 – Deputy Chairman for Economic Affairs of Kzyltau agro-industrial district association, then Chairman for Economic Affairs of the same district.

Born on the 1st of May, 1964 in Plakhovka village, Nurnsky district, Karaganda region.
