04-December-2012 - EXPO-2017: Kazakh people not fully realized the value of the event
"People of Kazakhstan do not fully realize the value of the international exhibition EXPO-2017 that will be held in the country," President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the meeting with the people at the Karaganda regional administration.
"The fact that we provide equal rights to the multinational people of Kazakhstan is good for all. We all stand as one. We are highly respected by the world because of that. Kazakhstan hosted such meetings as the OSCE Summit, the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions. And now 103 countries voted for Astana as the host city of the international exhibition EXPO-2017. Kazakhstani people have not fully realized the significance of this fact. This is a huge credit from the world to us, " Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
