In 2013, the city of Karaganda will host an international youth exhibition of innovative projects, Kazinform refers to the regional department for youth policy.
"People of Kazakhstan do not fully realize the value of the international exhibition EXPO-2017 that will be held in the country," President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the meeting with the people at the Karaganda regional administration.
The III International Investment Forum "Karaganda Invest - 2012" will be held today in Karaganda, the press service of the region's local administration informs.
Karaganda region governor Abelgazi Kussainov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan Oleg Demin, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Poland to Kazakhstan Jacek Kluczkowski, Ukrainian Defence Minister Dmitry Salamatin, honorary consul of Ukraine in Kazakhstan Yerlan Dosmagambetov and other officials took part in the opening ceremony.
The introduction of migration management into the curriculum at specialized educational institutions is the subject of a train-the-trainers event which started in Karaganda in central Kazakhstan today.
